Barr Colony School has cancelled classes today due to the school’s boiler blowing up. At 10:30 last night, emergency personnel responded to the school after a mechanical failure caused a small explosion in the main boiler. Nobody was injured by the explosion, but the school did suffer minor damage. Classes have been cancelled for today, and will resume Tuesday, after Monday’s scheduled PD day.
