“Give a kid a coat campaign to wrap up on Sunday”
Sleep Country Canada’s Give a Kid a Coat campaign is set to wrap up on Sunday. The campaign was meant to collect new and gently used coats for Canadian children in need. The company has ran the campaign for the last 18 years. Last year, they raised over 4000 coats, and hope to exceed that number this year.
Christine Magee, the cofounder of Sleep Country Canada, said it would be common for households to have a few extra coats.
“We really hope that this is an opportunity to do some cleaning, and help out a great cause,” said Magee.
