The Nest Project-Living Well Series: Presence

  • Intro to mindfulness and mindful meditation with a focus on movement and reflection
  • Provides layers of wellness benefits in an active engaging format
  • Adults of all ages and physical abilities are welcome
  • Each session will host a theme to implement into each area of focus. Themes include, gratitude, compassion & joy.
