The Nest Project-Living Well Series: Presence

- Intro to mindfulness and mindful meditation with a focus on movement and reflection
- Provides layers of wellness benefits in an active engaging format
- Adults of all ages and physical abilities are welcome
- Each session will host a theme to implement into each area of focus. Themes include, gratitude, compassion & joy.
