A semi truck heading west bound on highway 16 near Vegreville lost control, tipping on its side and losing its load of plywood. The overturned semi completely obstructed the westbound lanes and a second semi lost control while trying to avoid the truck, ending up in the east bound ditch after crossing the east bound lanes of highway #16. Road conditions were good, the weather was clear and neither driver was injured. Drugs and alcohol were not a factor. The cause of the collision is still under investigation with Commercial Vehicle Enforcement assisting.
