Cars Set On Fire in Lloydminster

Lloydminster RCMP are asking for witnesses to come forward in the wake of three car fires. Early Wednesday morning, the RCMP were called to a home near the intersection of 35th Street and 54th Avenue, where two trucks were on fire. Thirteen minutes later, another fire was reported near the intersection of 32nd Street and 43rd Avenue. At the second scene, the police found a fourth car doused in gasoline, but not yet ablaze. Two men were spotted fleeing the second car fire and getting into a four-door car. They have been described as shorter, with skinny builds. Police are not sure if the two fires are connected. If anyone has any information, they are asked to call Lloydminster RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
