Several cows are dead after an accident on Highway 36 south of Castor. Early Wednesday morning, Coronation RCMP were called to a rollover of a loaded cattle liner. The driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Many of the cattle died in the crash, while others had to be euthanised. The police say that the accident was caused by icy roads and poor visibility due to fog.
