The City of Lloydminster has launched their three-year strategic plan. The plan serves as a guide for city officials when making plans to deliver services and infrastructure to the people of Lloydminster. It identifies four priorities at its core: strong relationships, a vibrant city, sustainable infrastructure, and a healthy financial position. Mayor Rob Saunders says council put a lot of thought into the top priorities for the city, and that the plan will affect all key decisions the city will make in the next three years.
