Three People Charged After RCMP Locate a Stolen Vehicle

Three people are now facing charges after a member of the Lloydminster RCMP was on patrol last Monday and found a vehicle in the alley in the 5200 block of 50 Street that was stolen from Mervin. The vehicle was stolen on June 19.
The RCMP say when the officer tried to take the people inside the vehicle into custody, the driver fled. The police dog services were used to track down the man and he was arrested a short time later. The passengers were taken into custody without incident.
Police say they found four firearms inside the vehicle that are believed to be stolen.
Twenty-six year old Lorrin Wolfe from Onion Lake and 21 year old Nicole Wolfe from Makwa Sahgaiehcan, have been charged with 12 firearm offences and possession of stolen property.  A youth was also involved and is facing a total of 21 charges.
