Lloydminster RCMP say that their goal is to stop repeat offenders in 2015. Inspector Suki Manj spoke at the Border City Rotary Club yesterday, giving an update on policing in the city. He says that the city is implementing several programs to deal with these offenders – such as the Prolific Offender Management Team – which have been tested in other communities. Inspector Manj also says that the RCMP has several other ways to prevent crime, that they plan to implement this year.
