UPDATE: Unconfirmed Bomb Threat to High School in North Battleford

Battlefords RCMP have completed a thorough search of John Paul II High School and say no suspicious materials were located.

Police say, “every threat complaint received is taken seriously and are fully investigated.”

The Battlefords RCMP is responding to an unconfirmed bomb threat to John Paul II High School in North Battleford.

The school has been evacuated for the remainder of the day. Police say the students have been removed to a safe location and parents have been notified of the situation.

The investigation is ongoing.
