Bonnyville District has passed their snow-clearing policy. Council says that paved roads will be cleared and sanded after building up five centimeters of snow, while gravel roads will be cleared after 10 centimeters. The exception to the rule is priority routes, which will be kept clear throughout the winter. Should a severe winter storm hit the community, roads will be re-opened within four days of the storm.
