Tecvalco Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Guest Controls

Tecvalco International Ltd. says they are entering into an agreement to acquire Guest Controls Ltd. The transaction is expected to close in the final financial quarter of 2017, however the financial details have not been released.

Tecvalco manufactures and distributes to the gas utility, petroleum and water industries; while Guest Controls is an Alberta-based provider of electrical, instrumentation and combustion solutions.

“The Guest acquisition will provide us with an industry-leading service company that will complement our existing manufacturing and distribution divisions. This acquisition creates tremendous opportunity to drive growth and advancement in multiple facets within our organization,” said Mike Menger, President and CEO of Tecvalco International.

Guest Controls will operate under the same name, president and management.
