The City of Lloydminster has mailed out property assessment notices. The notices have been sent to all landowners in the city to notify them of the value of their land for tax purposes. Assessment values have been set by market value as of July 2014, and include revenue estimates from last year’s mill rate. Tax notices will be mailed in May.
