Traffic stop leads to drug seizure

RCMP say they found drugs on an allegedly impaired driver Friday night. Officers pulled over the 36 year old St. Walburg man shortly after 8 p.m. on 100th Street in North Battleford.

They seized a large amount of cash and what’s suspected to be cocaine and meth. The accused is facing seven charges, including possession of meth and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and driving while impaired.

He’s in police custody with a court appearance set for Monday.
