The Royal Bank of Canada says that their online banking services have been up and down all Wednesday morning.
Many users have posted on Twitter about service disruptions using RBC’s wallet app, being unable to log in to online banking and difficulty accessing RBC Direct Investing. According to the website canadianoutages.com the company saw over 400 reports nationwide Wednesday morning about the issues.
RBC confirmed on their official support Twitter that they are aware of the issue and are looking to resolve it as soon as possible.
