UPDATED: Battlefords RCMP looking for missing 17 year old girl

UPDATE: Ysanne Du Plessis has been located and is safe and back at home. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.

Battlefords RCMP is asking for the public’s help finding missing 17-year-old Ysanne Du Plessis.

Du Plessis was last seen Wednesday, January 3rd at about 10:30 P.M in the town of Battleford. She was wearing blue jeans, a red Gordie Howe hockey jersey and white Vans sneakers. She is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’6″ and 120 pounds with long brown hair and hazel eyes. Du Plessis may have gone to Edmonton according to recent information received by police.
