Inspiring Women Conference in Lloydminster is set to take place

The 7th annual Inspiring Women Conference in Lloydminster is bringing together Lloydminster residents to share stories of success.

This years keynote speaker is CEO and founder of Hillberg and Berk Jewellery Rachel Mielke. Her jewelry business originated in Regina and has grown to be a success in a short amount of time. Co organizer Terra Weaver believes that we don’t have to look far to find talent and Mielke is an example of that.

“She is a lady who started her jewelry business from her kitchen table and she’s grown it to the point know where she has provided jewelry to the queen ans shes provided jewelry for our Canadian Olympic athletes.”

Aside from the keynote there will be various breakout sessions throughout the day that will be lead by women speakers including sessions on financial services and fitness training. Weaver says the idea of the conference is to create connections for the people of Lloydminster.

“We want to help people to connect to one another and work together to build on their dreams and build brighter futures for each other.”

The event will take place February 6.
