Battleford RCMP are asking residents of North Battleford to come forward with any information on a recent incident.
On Monday, Feb. 5 RCMP responded to a call of a Pontiac Cobalt that had collided with a fire hydrant on 2200 block of Douglas Avenue, where the people inside the car had left the scene before police arrived.
RCMP say the car had bullet holes in one of the doors that were consistent with a bird-shot from a shot gun. They also say the incident that took place was between people who knew each other, not a random act.
