29 charges laid in Lloydminster property crimes

The Lloydminster RCMP says two people are accused of several charges in relation to property crimes in the city.

On March 5th police received a call about a suspicious person in the 4600 block of 23rd Street. After arriving on scene they found a woman inside a truck and a man a short distance away. Further investigation found that the truck had been allegedly stolen from Vermilion earlier that day. As the the investigation continued, several pieces of stolen ID were allegedly found with the man.

35 year old Adam Snell is now facing 18 charges of stolen property, possession of break-in tools and resisting arrest, among others. He has been arrested and will appear in Saskatchewan Provincial Court March 19th.

26 year old Erica McCallum has been arrested as well, and pled guilty to two counts of stolen property and failure to comply.

The RCMP says they have concluded seven investigations with these arrests.
