Lakeland College students are gearing up for Beef Day. The Vermilion campus has been selected to host the annual livestock sale, taking place on Saturday. The students chose twelve Black Angus bulls, and three cows, from the student-managed farm. They will be sold as a representation of the college’s breeding program. Beef day starts with a livestock preview at 11:30am, and the sale at 1:30pm.
