Streetfest set to kick off June 13

Lloydminster Streetscapes is gearing up for Streetfest. The downtown festival is slated to take place Saturday, June 13, and will include carnival games, food vendors, and a main stage with local entertainers, including dancers, bands, and singers.

The festival is in its sixth year, and was started as a way to attract residents to the downtown core. In recent years, it has grown in popularity, attracting 8,000 people last year, and earning a spot on Tourism Saskatchewan’s top 10 summer events list.

The festival is looking for sponsors and volunteers. Anyone interested should contact Serena Sjodin at (780) 875-2520, or [email protected].
