The Lloydminster Bobcats and Bandits are expressing their condolences to everyone affected by the Humboldt Broncos bus accident.
Earlier Saturday morning the teams took to social media to send their thoughts and prayers to everyone involved in the accident, which has caused 15 deaths, including coach Darcy Haugan and Captain Logan Schatz, and sent the others to hospital, some of who are still in critical condition.
The teams join several other hockey organizations and people of all walks of life and from all levels in an outpouring of grief and support. A GoFundMe page for the survivors has also been set up, and has raised over $800,000 to help players and families affected by the accident.
The Bandits organization is deeply saddened to hear about this tragic incident. Thoughts and prayers go out to all the families and friends. #PrayforHumboldt #HockeyFamily
