Lloydminster student receives thinkAG scholarship

Lloydminster’s Alyxandria Harland is one of justĀ four students to receive a thinkAG scholarship from the province of Saskatchewan.

ThinkAG is a Ministry of Agriculture initiative designed to promote opportunities in the agriculture industry. Applicants were required to submit aĀ one-thousand-word essay, or a three-minute video, demonstrating why they “think Ag”Ā in their career pursuits.

Harland was one of the runner-ups in the competition, and was awarded $2,000Ā by Agriculture Minister Lyle Stewart yesterday.
