One dead in single vehicle rollover near Highway 3 and 26 junction

One person has died and one has been injured after a single-vehicle rollover near the junction on Highway 3 and Highway 26 south of St. Walburg, SK.

On Sunday night, Turtleford RCMP found a 51-year old man from Muskeg Lake Cree Nation dead at the scene of the incident. A 59-year old man who was the passenger also from Muskeg Lake was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

RCMP will continue to investigate with the assistance of a collision reconstructionist and the Coroner’s Office.
