A Bonnyville resident is $1 million richer.
Deanna Smith says she couldn’t believe it when her father told her that her Lotto Max ticket had won $1 million on the Friday, May 15 draw. Smith’s father purchased the winning ticket for her, at a Pharma-save in Bonnyville. When she confirmed the good news at the store, she says she ran out crying.
The new winner plans on setting up an education saving plan for her daughters, and taking them on a trip to Disneyland.
