Lloydminster Flying Club Offering Discount On Flights For Father’s Day

The Lloydminster Flying Club is offering a deal on flights for Father’s Day. The club will be arranging up to 100 flights on Sunday, June 21st, for just $20 a head. If you’d like to take in the views, make sure to show up early, as there is no registration, and flights are first-come first-serve. There will also be a meal before or after the flight, which costs $10 for adults, $5 for kids six to 12, and free for kids under six. Chief Flight Instructor Erwin Warkentin says the event has been a staple in the area for the last 30 years, and that it’s a great way to appreciate aviation in the community.
