Four Arrested In Battlefords Crime Spree

At approximately 1:30AM on Monday, June 22nd, officers responded to a complaint regarding a vehicle with four occupants that had been seen smashing a window of a car parked on the 1400 block of 112 Street.  Three men and one youth were arrested after their vehicle was located by officers.  The suspects are associated with damaging multiple vehicles in Battleford and North Battleford, as well as several incidents of arson throughout the city. Within the past month, North Battleford RCMP has charged several individuals for similar occurrences, and they encourage residents to keep a watchful eye on their neighbourhoods and report any suspicious behaviour or criminal activities as soon as possible.  They also advise the public to keep their vehicles locked and not to keep spare keys or valuables inside.
