Lloydminster looks to public for help formulating Facilities Master Plan

The City of Lloydminster is looking for feedback to formulate its Facilities Master Plan.
The call was put out Tuesday, July 7, in a public consultation, where the company leading the planning process WSP Canada, heard from some members of the community.

Nick Pryce, WSP’s planning lead, says the project is still in the data gathering stage, and will publish its findings in October, and once again consult with the public on whether or not their findings are what the community actually wants. He says WSP will then revise their findings, before taking them to City Hall between January and March 2016.

The company has published an online survey to determine the city’s needs. To access the survey, go to www.surveymonkey.com/s/LloydminsterCommunityHouseholdSurvey. Paper copies can also be found at City Hall. The survey will be available until July 31.
