RCMP have arrested two men involved in a Vehicle theft in Wilkie.
Police say they received reports of a stolen 2017 Dodge Ram from a Wilkie home on Sunday. The detachment located the vehicle on 7th Avenue and attempted a traffic stop. The men refused to stop, driving into a street sign and then escaping on foot.
Both men were caught and arrested. 36-year-old Joshua Turner from Sherwood Park is facing 6 charges including theft. The 47-year-old passenger from Edmonton Travis Wite is facing five charges including Break and Enter with Intent.
Both men had their first court appearance this morning and will appear again tomorrow at North Battleford Provincial Court.
