Lloydminster RCMP seeking public assistance in cigarette heist

In the early morning hours of December 12, Lloydminster RCMP were dispatched to a business in the 1200 block of 50 Avenue, Lloydminster, Sask.  Members were investigating a stolen vehicle that was located in that area.

During the recovery of the vehicle, it was determined $100,000 worth of cigarettes were stolen from the rear cargo of the truck.

A pallet jack was recovered in the area; Lloydminster Forensic Investigative Services is actively involved in the investigation.
