Battlefords RCMP seek two suspects in armed robbery

Battlefords RCMP are investigating an armed robbery that happened at a business this morning.
On January 3 at 1:28 a.m., Battlefords RCMP were called to a business on the 1700 block of 100 street to a robbery with a firearm.
Two suspects entered the business with their hoods up and their faces covered.
Before the store employee could ask the males to remove the masks, one male revealed a firearm and pointed it at the employee.
The other revealed a baseball bat and demanded money.
A very small amount of cash was turned over and the males fled the store on foot.
The first suspect is described as wearing a grey hoodie, blue pants, red shoes, about 5’10 and heavy set.
The second suspect is described as wearing a red and black plaid jacket with a black hoodie underneath, grey shoes, about 5’8 and thin.
