UPDATE: Collision near Kitscoty cleared

UPDATE: 511 has reported that the collision near Kitscoty has been cleared.

RCMP is advising travellers to be cautious as Highway 16 West near Kitscoty is down to one lane.

511 Alberta reports that a collision took place in Kitscoty just west of Highway 897, they say drivers should be prepared to stop.

The website says that Highway 16 is covered in snow and ice up to Elk Island National Park. Drivers may want to be cautious in Lloydminster as the snowfall is to reach between 5 to 10 cm.

More information will be released as it comes out.
