Coronation man charged after lengthy investigation

Coronation RCMP say that they have laid charges after a dangerous driving investigation that lasted almost a full year.

On August 30, 2014, a single vehicle collision on a range road in Paintearth County resulted in the death of the passenger, a 21-year-old from the Northwest Territories.

19-year-old Dylan Charpentier faces charges of Impaired Driving Causing Death, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Concentration over .08% Causing Death, and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death. He will appear in court October 16.
