Vermilion RCMP recover stolen items

Vermilion RCMP officers responded to suspicious activity reported in the industrial area of Vermilion on March 7. Mounties found no suspects but recovered a black duffle bag with what’s believed to be stolen property inside; brand new, industrial grade tow and lift straps.

The Vermilion RCMP members ask anyone who can identify these items to contact them. The RCMP says rightful owners should be able to provide a description of the colour and brand name of these items. The investigation is ongoing and police ask anyone with information about this incident to call the Vermilion RCMP at (780) 853-4441, your local police, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
