RCMP looking for owners of stolen property

Lloydminster RCMP is looking for the owner of items that were found in a recovered stolen vehicle earlier this year. In a statement on Wednesday, Constable Michael Hagel says the property recovered may hold sentimental value to its owner. RCMP asks the owner to contact the detachment at 780-808-8400.

“Someone is bound to recognize the photo in the locket and we really want to get the items back to their rightful owner.”

The RCMP thanks Lloydminster residents for their assistance in reporting crimes. It says property crime continues to be a top priority and the number of theft-related files has decreased over the past year.
