A driver was killed when his car rolled over on Highway 4 north of North Battleford. Emergency crews responded to the incident about fifteen miles north of the city around 9:25 a.m. on Thursday, May 2. Members of the public were present helping an elderly man inside the vehicle.
Slippery roads and poor visibility from snowfall may have been a factor. The 84-year-old driver was the sole occupant and was pronounced dead at the scene. Motorists are advised to drive with care when in poor road conditions.
