Battlefords RCMP arrest drug dealer

Battlefords RCMP say they have arrested a cocaine trafficker.

Friday morning, the police responded to an assault call in a home in the 1600 block of 102 Street in North Battleford. A 38-year-old woman was arrested for assault, and was also found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant. The RCMP searched the woman, and seized an undisclosed amount of cocaine.

Upon further investigation, Faye Bitternose faces charges of Trafficking Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking.
