Cold Lake RCMP have recovered stolen property after a theft investigation.
In the evening of Thursday, September 17, the police searched a rural property south of Cold Lake, after a week-long investigation, and recovered a backhoe that had been stolen from a work site near the intersection of 47 Street and 69 Avenue in Cold Lake. The backhoe has been valued at $160,000.
The RCMP say no charges have been laid, and that they continue to investigate.
