UPDATE: RCMP find missing Lloydminster man

UPDATE: The RCMP says Sheldon Campbell has been located safe and sound.


The Onion Lake RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 44-year-old man. Sheldon Campbell of Lloydminster was last seen walking west on Chief Taylor Road in Onion Lake, Sask. towards Highway 17. Police believe he may be travelling to Lloydminster.

The Onion Lake RCMP received a request to conduct a well-being check for Campbell who had not been in contact with family since August 12. Mounties made several inquiries in the community and were unable to locate him. Sheldon Campbell is described as having a thin build with blonde hair and blue eyes with tattoos on his arms.

Investigators believe he may have difficulty moving one of his arms thought it’s unclear which arm. He was last seen wearing camo shorts, DC shoes, a dark hat, and a blue jacket, carrying a black backpack. Anyone with information is asked to call Onion Lake RCMP at (306) 344-5550.
