A North Battleford man has new charges after breaking his Battlefords Municipal GIS conditions.
On Thursday, September 5, the RCMP found approximately $35,000 in Canadian cash while performing a check on the home of Chris Vany.
In early August, Vany was arrested after the Municipal GIS searchered his house. He faces several charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. On Thursday, August 29 they released Vany on strict conditions.
His charges includes breaching his conditions and possession of proceeds of crime.
Vany is in custody and is scheduled for court tomorrow morning.
