The roadway on 49 Street, between 51 Avenue and 52 Avenue, will be reduced to a single lane as a construction project needs more space for equipment. Cor-Jef Roofing is replacing the roof on one of the buildings on the street.
The street will stay as a single lane from September 17 to October 1.
The City is reminding drivers and pedestrians to follow detour signage and drive courteously around construction workers.
