Lloydminster RCMP searches for “Constable Scarecrow” after the lifesize cutout goes missing after a month in the Border City. Mounties are asking for the public’s help finding the cutout which is being used to enforce traffic safety.
The Constable was last seen in the area of Anniversary Park on 39 Street on September 28. Anyone with information on the missing cutout can contact Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400.
The Constable Scarecrow program began in Coquitlam, B.C. in mid-2018. The program found fewer drivers exceeding the speed limit by 10 km/h by 50 per cent.
