Unity RCMP urging residents to keep car clean

Unity RCMP is reminding the town to lock their cars when they are unattended. 

On Thursday, October 17, they received three reports of vehicles disappearing overnight and early morning. The RCMP were also told about unlocked vehicles being rummaged through the night.

They believe the vehicles that were stolen had their keys left inside. 

The vehicles that were stolen were a 2015 Grey Dodge Ram Pickup with Saskatchewan Plate 247ECE, a 2005 Maroon Chevy Silverado Pickup with Saskatchewan Plate 987JTK and a 2010 Grey Nissan Altima Sedan with Saskatchewan Plate 628LCR

Unity RCMP also found a stolen Black 2010 Kia Forte that was taken on Wednesday, October 16, from the Town of Battleford.

If anyone sees a stolen vehicle, the Unity RCMP ask not to go to the vehicle, but call 9-1-1.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Unity RCMP at 310-RCMP (7267).
