Onion Lake man facing second-degree murder charges

An Onion Lake man has been arrested in the death of a Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation man.

Onion Lake RCMP responded to a disturbance at a house on Onion Lake First Nation in the early morning of October 23. Upon arrival, police and EMS found a 32-year-old Conrad Mooswa unresponsive and declared him dead on the scene.

A forensic autopsy was conducted Thursday morning in Saskatoon.

Marvin Stanley, 27, has been charged with second-degree murder. He is scheduled to make his first appearance at provincial court in Lloydminster on October 24.
