Drugs and weapons charges for Lloydminster residents

Two Lloydminster residents now face a long list of drug and weapon charges. On July 4th, the RCMP pulled over a 25-year-old man who was driving without a license, which had been suspended over previous drug charges. A 19-year-old woman was also charged with obstructing police officers. A search of the car revealed a staggering amount of illegal drugs, with a street value around 16 thousand dollars. The woman also had on her a weapon, and stolen property. She will be in court on Tuesday, while the driver will be in court on the 15th. The man had a previous court case scheduled for the 9th of July over drug charges dating back to September.
