A 25 year old Lloydminster man has been sentenced to 4 years in jail after pleading guilty to several charges. The charges stem from two separate incidents, the first being in September 2013 and the second from July 4th 2014. The man’s charges included possession of drugs with the purposes of trafficking, possession of a firearm, possession of proceeds of crime, and driving while disqualified. On July 4th the man was arrested along with a Lloydminster woman. When the RCMP searched the vehicle they found the firearm, drugs, and stolen property.
