Reprinted assessment notices being sent out to Lloydminster residents

Reprinted assessment notices will be going out to Lloydminster residents as early as February 27.

Last week a printing error by the printing vendor caused some water billing information to be printed on the backside of the notices. The city says no personal information was compromised by the error. They also apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

Property owners are asked to disregard the first notice as new ones are being sent out and will be dated Wednesday, February 26, 2020. Residential Manufactured Home property owners are advised that the assessment notice they have already received are correct and will not receive a second notice.

Those who don’t receive a notice by March 9 are asked to call the city’s Assessment and Taxation Department at 780-875-6184, Ext. 2124 or by email.
