Kitscoty hosting mobile mammography trailer

For women in rural and remote communities, access to routine breast cancer checks may be few and far between. Alberta Health Services says Kitscoty will be hosting a mobile mammography clinic on March 10th and 11th.

AHS says a mammogram is the most effective way to detect breast cancer. Early detection means a better chance of survival.

The AHS Screen Test program will take place at the Kitscoty Community Hall. Anyone looking to book an appointment or learn more about the program can call 1-800-667-0604.
