R.M of Wilton joining in temporary closures

The R.M of Wilton is announcing they will temporarily close department operations Thursday in efforts to help curb COVID19.

The town’s offices will be closed until April 1st, which they say will help protect residents, staff and families are safe and healthy.

While the physical offices will be closed, they will continue to operate essential services and phones will be forwarded to be able to receive residents’ questions remotely. Their “E-Services” will also still be in place, and the town encourages people to use them if needed.

They add that they will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on their website.
