North Battleford City Hall closes due to COVID-19 Concerns

North Battleford City Hall is shutting its doors as a precautionary measure against COVID-19.

As of Monday morning, it will be closed to the public, however, their staff are working and will be there to answer public inquiries over the phone. Any North Battleford resident who needs information surrounding utility connections, business permits or licenses is asked to call 306-445-1700.

Residents needing to make payments to the city are asked to use North Battleford’s online payment methods instead. They add that utility and tax bills can be set up for automatic deposits, with the correct forms available online on the city’s website.

These forms should be e-mailed back to the city with a high-quality scan or photo of a void cheque. Alternatively, cheques can be dropped off in the City Hall drop box at the corner of 13th Avenue and 101st Street.

City Council will also be postponed for this week, with North Battleford Council hopeful to pick it up by electronic means soon.
